Hourly bookings are based on three-hour minimums. Unless the collection or final drop-off address is so far from the Armada area of operations. Of course, the fees quoted will have been offered based on the information provided by the client.
Many years have passed since an Armada client had a question about the final bill. The staff closing-out the final bill are veterans of the industry…surprises are not welcome at Armada and very rarely offered by Armada.
There will be a driver gratuity of 20 percent. This is a recommended percentage and should be considered entirely voluntary. All tolls paid by the driver to complete the request, round-trip, will be added as well as any parking fee for airport, train station or other locations that charge for access. Bookings that start at 11pm, or later and bookings that commence at 6am, or earlier, will have an additional $25 fee added. All of this $25 will be settled to the chauffeur by the Armada staff. Finally, there is a fuel surcharge which has been set at 12 percent since 2018. This fuel surcharge is adjusted based on fuel market conditions.
Waiting time will be charged for all non-airport or non-train station arrival bookings. This includes cruise ship arrivals. The first fifteen minutes are gratis and after 15 minutes the fees are computed starting at the original collection time.
There are no Administrative Fees added to the final billing. Armada Chauffeured Services insists on being transparent in all regards. The original quote is provided with the purpose of being very competitive and a good value.
