It is never the case where a phone call is left unanswered. While some clients will send an email, it is fair to say that phone calls are a better approach…more of a hands-on approach. Of course, sending an email with details is reasonable if a follow-up phone call is placed immediately for time sensitive requests.

Leaving messages is not the ideal for speedy responses…at Armada Chauffeured Services no one wants to delay servicing the needs of the client with layers of messages not read or unreturned phone calls. Armada Chauffeured Services will create an account for both private individuals and corporate clients. All bookings are confirmed via email and all clients are requested to review the confirmations. And, as we are staffed at all times, changes placed on short notice will be prioritized.
